从高流动到高体验:航空服务教育的核心使命与改革路径

当前全球民航产业正处于由规模扩张向品质提升转型的关键期,然而一线岗位高频的人才更迭与旅客个性化体验需求之间的结构性矛盾日益凸显。本研究深入剖析了航空服务领域职业预期落差与服务模式僵化等核心成因,并结合高校航空服务艺术与管理专业的教学实际,探讨了解决行业人力资源困局的教育优化策略。研究指出,专业教育应当摒弃单一的技能训练导向,向产教深度协同转型。通过在前置教学中融入职业心理干预与生涯规划教育以稳定从业心理契约,并引入服务设计思维提升学生的客舱创新服务效能。同时,依托双导师制等深度校企合作模式重构人才培养体系,旨在培养具备职业韧性与创新意识的复合型航空服务人才,从而从供给端缓解人才流失及服务同质化问题。
