平台型企业数字化转型的驱动机制、挑战与路径研究

随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等数字技术的快速发展,数字化转型已成为企业重塑价值创造逻辑、提升核心竞争力和实现可持续增长的关键战略路径。平台型企业作为数字经济时代的重要组织形态,凭借“连接—撮合—共创”的多边市场结构和生态协同机制,在推动产业升级、促进资源优化配置和构建创新生态系统方面发挥着关键作用。数字化转型不仅是技术应用的简单迭代,更是企业战略导向、组织结构、资源配置与商业模式的系统性重构。本文在系统梳理数字化转型与平台企业研究进展的基础上,构建了平台型企业数字化转型的驱动机制模型,揭示了外部环境驱动、内部资源能力、作用机制和绩效结果之间的内在逻辑关系,并深入分析了战略、组织、技术、生态和制度等多维度的主要挑战及应对路径。研究认为,数字技术的嵌入、动态能力的构建以及生态系统的协同演化是推动平台企业实现创新能力提升和竞争优势重塑的关键要素。本研究不仅为数字化转型与平台经济交叉领域的理论研究提供了新视角,也为平台企业制定数字化战略、优化治理结构与实现高质量发展提供了重要实践启示。
